About JohnnyBallCards

I am a sports cards enthusiast with a special place in my heart for card shows. I have been buying, selling, and trading for over 30 years. I want to bring cards shows to areas that seem in need. My first focus is Chautauqua New York. My family has a home there that we visit throughout the year. As I visited local cards shops and talked to collectors I was told there weren’t shows around. So, I started the Chautauqua Mall Sports Cards & TCG Show.

June 20-21st Chautauqua mall show

This is a 2 day show right before the Chautauqua Institute season when the area is booming. More details to come soon….

A tight, overhead shot of a vendor preparation area at a card show, with neatly labeled 3200-count white card storage boxes arranged in a precise grid on a smooth, dark wood table. Each box lid is marked with clean, legible category labels like “Baseball Stars,” “Rookie QB,” and “Modern TCG Holos.” A few card stacks in penny sleeves lie beside color-coded price stickers and a sleek black handheld barcode scanner. Soft, diffuse indoor lighting eliminates harsh shadows, giving a clean, organized feel. Photographic realism, with a top-down composition and sharp focus, creating a professional, methodical atmosphere that emphasizes structure, inventory management, and readiness for a well-run card show.
A dramatic showcase of a premium sports card display case at a card show, featuring a lockable, brushed aluminum and glass case sitting on a black-draped table. Inside, rows of high-value graded cards are arranged on tiered acrylic risers, each illuminated by subtle LED strip lighting built into the case edges, creating delicate rim highlights on the plastic slabs and catching the metallic foils on the card designs. The surrounding convention hall is kept intentionally dark and softly blurred, directing full attention to the glowing centerpiece. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly low, three-quarter angle to emphasize depth and security, with a polished, high-end mood that underscores exclusivity and professional presentation.
